Affiliate Disclosure & Disclaimer
Last Updated: 2026-08How Ingenuity Bassinet Earns Through Amazon Associates
Ingenuity Bassinet participates in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate marketing initiative that allows us to earn commissions when you purchase bedside bassinets, foldaway rocking bassinets, and related nursery products through our Amazon links. When you click a product link on our site and complete a purchase on Amazon, we receive a small percentage of that sale at no additional cost to you.
These commissions help us maintain our site, research new bassinet models, and provide detailed product information to parents evaluating sleep solutions for their newborns. The price you pay on Amazon remains identical whether you arrive through our link or directly—Amazon’s pricing structure does not change based on referral source.
Ingenuity Bassinet Does Not Sell Products Directly
We operate as an informational resource and affiliate partner, not as a retailer. Ingenuity Bassinet does not manufacture, warehouse, ship, or handle customer service for any of the 3-in-1 bassinets or portable bassinets featured on our site. All transactions occur directly between you and Amazon or other retailers we link to.
This means we cannot accept responsibility for product quality, shipping delays, defects, return policies, or customer service issues that arise after purchase. Those matters fall under the jurisdiction of the retailer fulfilling your order. If you experience a problem with a bassinet purchased through one of our links, please contact Amazon’s customer service team or the manufacturer directly for resolution.
Product Information Accuracy for Bassinet Models
We work diligently to present accurate specifications, dimensions, weight limits, and feature descriptions for every bassinet model we showcase—from the Dream & Grow Bedside Bassinet to the Foldaway Rocking Bassinet Fletcher. Our team reviews manufacturer documentation, analyzes customer feedback, and cross-references multiple sources to ensure the information we publish reflects each product faithfully.
However, manufacturers occasionally update bassinet designs, discontinue colorways, revise safety certifications, or change included accessories without advance notice to affiliate partners. While we strive to keep our content current, we cannot guarantee that every detail on our site matches the exact product version currently available on Amazon. Always verify critical specifications—particularly mattress dimensions, weight capacity, and safety standard compliance—on the product’s official Amazon listing before finalizing your purchase.
No Warranties on Bassinet Content or Recommendations
All content on Ingenuity Bassinet—including product comparisons, assembly guidance, safety reminders, and nursery setup suggestions—is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the information presented will meet your specific nursery requirements, that our bassinet recommendations will suit every family’s sleep philosophy, or that the products we feature will remain in stock or at the advertised price.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingenuity Bassinet disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representation that our content is error-free, complete, or current at all times. Your use of this site and reliance on any information provided is solely at your own risk.
Trademark Acknowledgment for Bassinet Brands
Ingenuity Bassinet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Ingenuity Baby (the manufacturer), Amazon.com, or any other third-party brands referenced on our site. Product names, model numbers, and trademarks—including “Dream & Grow,” “Dream Hero Starlight,” “Foldaway,” and other proprietary terms—belong to their respective owners and are used here solely for descriptive and informational purposes.
Our use of these trademarks does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or any formal relationship with the trademark holders. We reference specific bassinet models to help parents identify products accurately, not to suggest any corporate affiliation. All trademarks remain the property of their respective companies.
External Links Beyond Our Bassinet Site
Ingenuity Bassinet includes links to Amazon product pages, manufacturer websites, pediatric sleep resources, and other third-party sites to provide context and purchasing pathways for the bassinets we feature. These external links are provided for your convenience, but we do not control the content, privacy practices, or availability of any site outside our own domain.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information on linked sites, nor do we endorse the views, products, or services they offer unless explicitly stated. Visiting any external link—whether to purchase a bassinet on Amazon or to read a manufacturer’s safety guide—is done at your own discretion and risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site before providing personal information or completing a transaction.
Limitation of Liability for Bassinet Purchase Decisions
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ingenuity Bassinet, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on the bassinet information we provide. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from purchasing decisions, product defects, assembly errors, safety incidents, or any financial loss connected to products purchased through our affiliate links.
We present information to assist parents in evaluating sleep solutions, but the final purchasing decision—and the responsibility for verifying a bassinet’s suitability for your infant—rests with you. If your jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability in such cases shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Price Changes and Stock Availability on Amazon
Amazon controls all pricing, promotional discounts, stock levels, and delivery timelines for the bassinets we link to. Prices displayed on our site—whether for the Dream Hero Starlight 3-in-1 or the Foldaway Rocking Wood Bassinet Carrington—are estimates based on the most recent data available at the time of publication, but they may not reflect real-time changes on Amazon’s platform.
We cannot guarantee that any bassinet will remain in stock, maintain its listed price, or qualify for the same shipping options by the time you click through to Amazon. Inventory fluctuates frequently, especially for popular models during peak nursery preparation seasons. Always confirm the current price, availability, and delivery estimate on the product’s Amazon listing before adding it to your cart.
