Assembly instructions are included in the box with your bassinet. If you’ve misplaced yours or need a digital copy before your order arrives, email us with your model name and we’ll send a PDF version within 24 hours.

Yes. We carry replacement mattresses, sheets, and other accessories for most Ingenuity bassinet models. Let us know which model you own and what you need—we’ll point you to the right product or help you order directly.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a bassinet, reach out within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first so we can provide a return authorization and guide you through the process.
